Thursday 4th November 2021 - General Assembly - FEANTSA Members Only
We will have an in person General Assembly on the 4th November. This is only open to FEANTSA members. It will be an opportunity to reconnect and set out our priorities for the coming years.
Please note that due to COVID, there will be no site visits made available for this conference. We also won't be hosting thematic working spaces, these will be incorporated into the General Assembly for members.
Friday 5th November 2021 - FEANTSA Policy Conference - Open to Everyone
Join us for our annual policy conference, where our key note address from Nicholas Please, University of York, UK, will look at the changing landscape for homeless services post COVID.
Over the past two years the homeless sector has grappled with an unparalleled challenge in providing housing, shelter and healthcare to vulnerable and marginalised people in a global pandemic. Nicholas Pleace’s keynote address will reflect back on the key lessons we can draw from COVID19. Rather than reviewing specific services or actions in how we responded during the crisis, this keynote will examine where do we as a sector go next and how do we maintain a commitment to ending homelessness in the “new normal".
In addition to our keynote address we have a range of 15 workshops available covering topics including European funds, Housing First, creating inclusive services, housing solutions, health and many many more. Workshops will be available for both in person and online participants.
You can find all the relevant information and how to register here.
Please note: Due to public health regulations and protocols in Slovakia, all participants who wish to participate in person must be fully vaccinated.
