BAWO has produced a policy paper on the housing situation in Austria, based on the input of experts in the fields of housing development, housing and tenancy rights, housing politics and homelessness services. The policy paper points out that homelessness services, though having an important role in offering support to homeless people, cannot solve the housing crisis. Homeless people and other groups are suffering from a housing shortage that asks for structural and sustainable solutions. Housing For All illustrates the lack of adequate housing for low income households and suggests eleven measures to improve the housing situation in Austria.
