Elke Breitenbach, responsable for work, social affairs and integration in the Berlin region, has given her view on the situation in Tiergarten Zoo. She discussed the need of a homeless policy going beyond emergency accomodation. Breitenbach also stated sleeping rough in the parc is not a reason for expulsion.
