The European Commission is putting together its agenda for the period up to 2030, and in the context of a European Union deciding on a direction after Brexit, now is a golden opportunity to take action to help homeless people in Europe. This is why FEANTSA launched its Be Fair, Europe – Stand up for Homeless People! Campaign on 22 March 2017. The launch coincided with the release of the Second Overview of Housing in Europe, which showed an alarming rise in homelessness across Europe, further highlighting the need for action to be taken. A manifesto for the campaign has been published, containing five concrete actions that can be taken by policymakers at European level to reduce homelessness. Read more about the campaign here.
